How We Work
At Prestige Care, our approach is built around understanding each individual and providing support that is tailored to their specific needs, preferences, and aspirations.
We begin by meeting with prospective individuals’, together with their family members and/or advocates, to carry out a thorough initial assessment.
We work closely with care managers from local authorities to agree care packages. This collaborative process ensures that each person’s needs are fully understood and that their goals and aspirations are clearly identified. From this, we develop a detailed, person-centred support plan which outlines the support required and what is important to the individual.
Support Staff
Our support staff deliver care in line with these individualised plans, ensuring that support is provided in a way that promotes choice, dignity, and independence.
Individuals are actively involved in shaping their support through regular care planning reviews, feedback questionnaires, and ongoing discussions, ensuring their voice is always heard.
Regulation and Inspection
All staff are trained to carry out their roles in accordance with the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (RISCA).
They also adhere to the Code of Professional Practice for Social Care Workers and work towards qualifications approved by Social Care Wales. This framework ensures safe, consistent, and high-quality support. We are committed to ongoing development and actively encourage all staff to gain recognised qualifications relevant to their role.
