At Prestige Care, we deliver tailored, individualised support to adults with learning disabilities, helping them to live as independently as possible within safe, supportive, and comfortable home environments.

The range of needs we can support you with at Prestige Care Supported Living provides domiciliary support which would include assisting you with:

  • To be safe

  • Personal care tasks

  • Household tasks

  • Meeting social, emotional, leisure and work needs

  • Meeting your health needs, and accessing primary health care services

  • Supporting you to be as physically, mentally and emotionally happy as possible

  • To be involved in activities, hobbies or your interests

  • To access education, learning and development opportunities

  • Have control over your everyday lives and where relevant work activities

  • Maintain your linguistic, cultural/religious identities

  • Maintain family and personal relationships and develop your potential to learn and develop life skills.

Our Aim

Our aim is to promote independence, develop skills and support you to remain living in your own homes in your local community.

The service that we provide to you is specific to your needs, and is guided by your Local Authority Integrated Assessment, Care and Support plan and regulated by the Social Care (Wales) Act 2016.
